Our aim was to provide a calm and inviting environment for this stylish North London family, free from clutter. So, cleverly thought-out spaces were designed for both entertaining and pure daily enjoyment.

Located on a rugged hilltop without a neighbour in sight, with unobstructed open views of palms overlooking a private pool, this holiday house was once a rose cottage. Our job was to seamlessly connect the outdoor view to create a stunning, modern Mediterranean feel in the heart of the South of France. An elevated space to enjoy the view and make memories.

"A more spacious place to live, work & play
This end-of-terrace house in an attractive part of London needed a complete overhaul. To suit the family’s growing needs, it needed to be extended and reconfigured, including a basement dig out and extension. Our clients needed the house to connect throughout and flow effortlessly out into the garden.
We designed the entire space including the internal layouts, architectural detailing, joinery, lighting, surfaces, kitchen, bathrooms, furniture and styling. This full, turnkey KEMSI project has transformed the way this family now lives.

"A cosy, luxurious home for all the family"
Detached family home, Highgate
To move or improve? The home layout was not working for this North London family. The kids rooms were disconnected, a lack of storage was making the house messy and the garden felt too small. We made this beautiful detached four-bedroom home in Highgate flow better for the whole family, increasing the sense of spaciousness. It’s not only a functional, well-designed space for daily living but a stunning space to entertain.

“Modern inside-outside living with character”
This five-bedroom home was completely rebuilt from roof to basement. The aim was to create a home that reflected the character of its owners. We added a large extension, leading to a manicured garden that flowed down into a basement created for multipurpose living.
The house was in disrepair and needed a complete renovation. But in the overhaul, we aimed to save as many original features as possible. Fireplaces were reconditioned. While ceiling roses, skirting and Edwardian mouldings were reinstated.
